John Bierly, M.D.

John Bierly, MD is board-certified and sub-specializes in the treatment of diseases of the cornea and anterior segment. He is a leader in the implementation of modern small-incision cataract surgery and is the first surgeon in east Tennessee to perform laser-assisted cataract surgery. Having performed over fifty thousand cataract surgeries, Dr. Bierly has extensive experience in the use of specialty lenses for the correction of astigmatism and presbyopia.
