With over two decades of experience across ophthalmology, neurosurgery, and pain management, he is known for delivering thoughtful, precise care in both surgical and clinical settings.

Todd began his career in medicine serving as a combat medic, paramedic, and nurse in the United States Army, where he developed a strong foundation in critical care and patient advocacy. He later
completed his Physician Assistant training through the University of Utah and has since practiced across multiple specialties, including anterior segment ophthalmology, where he specialized in the management of corneal conditions and dry eye disease.

Throughout his career, Todd has been recognized for his clinical versatility and ability to support both surgical and outpatient care environments. His background includes surgical procedures, performing in-office treatments, and delivering patient-centered care focused on improving outcomes and quality of life.
