Cataracts
Cataracts develop when the eye’s natural lens becomes cloudy, which can cause blurred or hazy vision, glare, faded colors and difficulty seeing at night. Cataracts are most commonly related to natural changes in the eyes that occur with age, although other factors may also contribute.
Cornea
The cornea is the clear, dome-shaped surface at the front of the eye that helps focus light. Corneal disease, injury or irregularities can cause blurry vision, discomfort, light sensitivity and other vision concerns.
Diabetic Eye Disease
Diabetes can damage blood vessels in the retina and lead to diabetic retinopathy, which may cause vision loss if it is not identified and managed. Regular dilated eye examinations can help detect diabetic eye disease before noticeable symptoms develop.
Dry Eye Care
Dry eye occurs when the eyes do not produce enough tears or when the tears do not work properly. Symptoms may include burning, irritation, redness, a gritty sensation and fluctuating vision. Treatment depends on the underlying cause and severity of the condition.
