Timothy M. Stout, MD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist and fellowship-trained vitreoretinal surgeon with more than two decades of experience in ophthalmology and retina care.

At SouthEast Eye Specialists, Dr. Stout provides medical retina care to patients in Knoxville and surrounding East Tennessee communities. His clinical focus includes evaluating and managing retinal conditions such as diabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration, as well as select general ophthalmology services.

Dr. Stout works closely with referring optometrists and other eye care providers to coordinate care throughout the evaluation, treatment, and follow-up of patients with retinal disease.
