Dr. Parker earned both his undergraduate degree and Doctor of Medicine from Vanderbilt University in Nashville. He completed his medical internship in Virginia before going on to complete his ophthalmology residency at the prestigious Kellogg Eye Center at the University of Michigan—one of the nation’s leading eye institutes.
