Leslie Phillips, O.D.

Dr. Leslie Phillips is a consultative optometrist and Clinical Director at Southeast Eye Specialists, serving patients in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and Chatsworth, Georgia. She specializes in the diagnosis and management of ocular diseases, surgical co-management, and comprehensive eye care.

At Southeast Eye Specialists, Dr. Phillips plays a key role in coordinating care with ophthalmic surgeons, particularly in pre-operative evaluations and post-operative management for patients undergoing refractive and other advanced eye procedures. She is highly experienced in managing complex cases and acute ocular conditions, ensuring continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.

Dr. Phillips provides a full scope of optometric care, including glaucoma management, ocular disease treatment, and evaluation of oculoplastic conditions. Her clinical expertise allows her to support both routine and complex patient needs while delivering personalized, patient-focused care.

In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Dr. Phillips leads the Southeast Eye Specialists student physician training program and serves as editor-in-chief of the organization’s monthly newsletter, contributing to ongoing education and clinical excellence across the network.

Dr. Phillips earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Indiana University School of Optometry and has more than 15 years of experience providing comprehensive eye care.
